Ticketing for the 2025 Big East Tournament Semifinals is through FEVO.com. Tickets or ticket instructions are delivered via email. Depending on the ticket provider, your tickets will either be available via a link in your confirmation email or access instructions provided to you via email so you can use the tickets on your mobile device.
Delivery times may vary from event to event. FEVO communicates expected ticket delivery timelines in the confirmation email, which is sent when your purchase is complete. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour of your purchase, please contact FEVO Customer Support at noreply@fevo-enterprise.com.

Most tickets purchased via FEVO are digital and cannot be printed. Instructions on how to claim or access your digital tickets will be given within 24-48 hours of your event. If your tickets are sent as a PDF or there are other printing instructions, they will be specifically outlined and provided in your confirmation email.
Madison Square Garden asks all guests to travel light. Bags do not have to be clear, but they must fit comfortably under your seat. Oversized bags larger than 22” x 14” x 9” are prohibited. Madison Square Garden does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
