How will I access my tickets?

Tickets for CMA Fest 2025 are mobile only and accessible via the Ticketmaster app. They can also be added directly to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.

When will I get my tickets?

Tickets will be transferred via Ticketmaster within two weeks of your purchase.

What if I need to change my reservation?

CMA Fest 2025 packages that are purchased through Elevate Experiences are non-refundable. Please reference the Purchase Policy if you have any additional questions. If you need to change the name(s) on your package purchase or have tickets resent, please contact service@oneelevate.com.

FAQs

Will I be getting a credential in the mail?

Your ticket(s) will be delivered digitally to the email address used to purchase your CMA Fest 2025 package from Elevate Experiences. Any other credentials or items related to your package experience will be delivered in-person in Nashville ahead of show start.

Can I bring a bag into Nissan Stadium?

Clear bags are required at all CMA Fest venues and stages. They must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. In addition to a clear bag, a small clutch bag or wallet 6.5” x 4.5” or smaller is allowed. Exceptions will be made for medically-necessary items. Find CMA Fest's Bag Policy here.
