Digital tickets are utilized at Madison Square Garden and will appear in your MSG Sports & Entertainment Account Manager. Be sure to download the Knicks and Rangers Team App or add your tickets to your mobile wallet in advance of the event. Multiple tickets can be displayed on the same smartphone, but screenshots will not be accepted. For detailed instructions on ticket access, click here for additional information.
Tickets will be transferred within two weeks of your purchase.
Taylor vs. Serrano 3 packages that are purchased through Elevate Experiences are non-refundable. Please reference the Purchase Policy if you have any additional questions. If you need to change the name(s) on your package purchase or have tickets resent, please contact service@oneelevate.com.
FAQs
Yes - bring a valid photo ID for pick-up of your Fight Week credentials (Tuesday, July 8 - Thursday, July 10) and Fight Night credential (Friday, July 11). You will pick-up your credential to access your VIP hospitality when you arrive to the event.
MSG has a strict bag policy: bags must be no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". Oversized bags, backpacks, and luggage are not permitted. All bags are subject to security screening. Find Madison Square Garden's Bag Policy here.
Yes — Madison Square Garden is fully ADA-compliant. Accessible seating, entrances, restrooms, and elevators are available. Please reach out at service@oneelevate.com for any specific accommodations or needs.
