How will I access my tickets?

Tickets for the 2024 CMA Awards are mobile only and accessible via the Ticketmaster app. They can also be added directly to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.

When will I get my tickets?

Tickets will be transferred via Ticketmaster within two weeks of your purchase.

What if I need to change my reservation?

2024 CMA Awards packages that are purchased through Elevate Experiences are non-refundable. Please reference the Purchase Policy if you have any additional questions. If you need to change the name(s) on your package purchase or have tickets resent, please contact service@oneelevate.com.

FAQs

Will I be getting a credential in the mail?

Your ticket(s) will be delivered digitally to the email address used to purchase your 2024 CMA Awards package from Elevate Experiences. Any other credentials or items related to your package experience will be delivered in-person in Nashville ahead of show start.

Can I bring a bag into Bridgestone Arena?

Clear wristlets and bags no larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted. No bags larger than 12”x12”x6” will be permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical equipment and medically-necessary items after proper inspection. One bag per person. All bags are subject to inspection. Find Bridgestone Arena’s Bag Policy here.

What is the dress code?

The CMA Awards encourages you to honor the tradition of Country Music’s Biggest Night™ by dressing in black tie or formal attire.
